Default Adding content to the Print page (Pop-up Window)

Two questions,

Where is the file that drives the window that appears when a user clicks on the print Icon so I can add content to that window.

which file would I change to add the words "print" and "email this article" next to the above mentioned icons

Thanks

Formatting and layout of this page is controlled by the index2.php file.
