Is an upgrade from 4.5 Beta 1.0.4 Possible?

I've searched around, and checked out Glimmerman's updates page but all updates seem specific to stable releases of 4.5.

I've built a site using MOS version 4.5 Beta 1.0.4.

Don't get me wrong- I haven't encountered any issues, but I'd like to upgrade to the latest stable release if at all possible. This isn't a mission-critical site (hence the beta version) - it's just my weblog.

I have a full backup of all the files, and also the database.

Is this upgrade possible, or am I hoping for too much?

YES ....it works. I just upgrade from 4.5 beta 1.03 to 4.5 rel 1.08 it works. ONLY the AkoGallery I have problem move over but ther rest is GOOD.

My next (cheeky) question (as I know I should RTFM) is which update do I need, and where might I easily obtain it?

this is what I did, hope it works for you

1> backup EVERYTHING, TWICE.
2> download 4.5 1.0.7 here

3> update the SQL using the sql script come with 1.0.7
step by step ....for example
b102---> b103
b103---> b104
b104---> R101
....................
xxxx---> 4.5- 10X

4> Update from 4.5-1.0.7 to 4.5-1.0.8

5> Check each Component and Modules
backup the Componet sql table
uninstall Component
install UPDATE component
restore Component sql table

same as Modules

6> Put back the custom code

7> Opsssss ..only AkoGallery not working ( maybe I did the mistak not Ako )

8> Site back in ONE hour, Happy Mambering
