Mosbot not processed on typed content.

Hi,

I've written myself a small mosbot to look for contact names in the text and replace them with links to the contact page. This all works fine for most things, but doesn't seem to do anything for typed content.

Is typed content excluded from mosbot processing, (if so, how do I include it?) or am I doing something else wrong.

While I'm here, would this mosbot be useful to other people? If so I could submit it to mamboportal or somesuch site.

I think that would be a great mosbot to add to the armoury, so please release to the community once you've ironed out all the bugs.


Typed Content pages should be able to use mosbots.
I have even utilised modified mosbots to run in my modules.

Doesn't sound the same, although there doesn't seem to be a lot to go on. Could you tell me more? Mine is very basic. It just loops through the contact list and replace any names it finds in the text with a link to their contact page.
