Security Patch for Community Builder 1 beta 4

A security patch has been released due to recently discovered security flaws in 1.0 Beta 4. If you are already running 1.0 beta 4 please download the updated file at http://mamboforge.net/frs/shownotes.php?release_id=3386

For new installations I've added a new package that includes the security updates. It's recommended that all instance of 1.0 beta 4 be updated immediately.
