Free professional templates source?

Is there available to get quite professional templates on net 4 free, maybe is? And I am wondering is there any SPECIAL software for editing mambo templates?

Have you looked over the templates demo at mambohut.com? Templates can only be edited if you have their native file, such as *.psd. You can also use dreamweaver for building/editing templates, but I have no idea what the file extension is for DW files.
