Problem with template install

ya...
when i upload the .zip there is an error...:

installation with absolute folder doesnt work either ....

Hi Tonic,
normally Mambo has to be installed with "safe mode = off" in the php environement. I guess on your server php is installed with "safe mode = on". Did you install the Safe Mode Patch?

so i installed the patch
but when i now use the upload button (with this ftp feature) there is this message:

where do i switch "safemode off"?
my safemode is on but dunno where to change ;P

Hi Tonic, your provider has to change these settings. Did you check the access rights of your directories? Normally "Unable to access" refers to an error in the chmod settings of your directories and/or files, i guess.

i looked in my ftp prog. i dont have this pclzip.lib.installer.php file on my server
what can i do?
