Uninstall Mambo 4.5 v1.0.7??

Hi out there,
maybe i was to stupid to find a manual for my question , so i try this way...:
how could i correctly uninstall Mambo 4.5 v1.07 before installing 4.5.1
I won't use a upgrade-option cause for testing a lot. So i would like to start with a complete new database and new version of Mambo

Any suggestions????
