Can I use LDAP with Mambo

I was wondering if there is anyway of using LDAP with mambo, there was a brief mention of it in the release notes with MSAS.

'-GD extenstion working now as well as added zip, exif, ming, ldap and imap'

to be a little clearer I want to use a netware 6.5 LDAP server.

Oh and if it is posible - how???

Yes, I use PTR's hack (from yesterday there is a project page on MOSforge).

But I needed to personalize the code in classes/mambo.php because my ldap binding options are different. It works!

What changes did you have to do in classes/mambo.php ? I expected LDAP connection sequence to be fairly standard, so that normally, you should configure your ldap connection in the "ldap" tab (in the global configuration). This tab is added when you apply the hack.
