JS COOK menu & Flash object

Hi,

I'm facing a problem on the homepage of the site i'm building :
- on the left column there is a jscook menu (with 2 sublevels)
- on the right there is a flash animation

The problem is :

- when using ie6 : mouseover on the menu have the animation to hide (and comeback when mouseout)
- when using firefox : mouse over have the menu appear behind the flash animation

I tried changing z-index but its either unefficient or i'm doing it the wrong way ...

Anyone got a hint for me ?
