Articles vs news

This may be a weird question, but here goes...

I stumbled onto Mambo yesterday and holy smokes, I'm impressed. This is just what the doctor ordered.

I'm trying to create a content site onto which I'll be adding 1 or 2 different articles per day. I'm having a hard time corrolating 'article' with 'news'. In Mambo terms, would an article be the same as 'news'?

I'm trying to wrap my brain around 'news', 'news flash' and 'faq'. It seems like there should be more options in there.

Currently it works like this

Section - News
|
-->Category - News
|
-->News Article Content Item

In future versions you will have more levels available but for now there are just those tiers to work with.

You can create a new section and a new category called Articles and place articles in there. It's all the same

You can also rename News to Articles. "News" is just a description. Just go to the Section Manager, click the little box, select Edit and change the title of the section to what you want it to be.
