Default 4.5.2.1 CHMOD issues
I have Mambo 4.5.2.1 on a new host and the CHMOD feature in the Global Configuration / Server tab doesn't have any effect. Nor does the "Make configuration.php unwriteable after saving" tick box - as it is missing.
