Vmart and Menu

Hi, this might be one of those silly problems, but somehow I can't get through it.

How do I make VM display automatically list of categories in a menu? And in a TRANSMENU?

I have transmenu installed and see additional folder named VM_TRANSMENU. What is it for, how do you use it?
